自然食カフェ、ＧＲＡＮ!!

に行きました。

今日のメイン料理は

かぼちゃ団子と いんげん豆の 豆腐そぼろあん♪

有機栽培のあいがも玄米
自家製のお味噌を使っているそうで

どれも、温かなやさしいお料理です。

体にとっても良さそう！

食後には、くるみと抹茶のアイス、黒糖ゼリーや白玉、豆乳プリンの入った
美味しいパフェも食べちゃいました♪

より健康になれた気がします！
