日本一のくるみの産地 長野県東部町で
くるみのお菓子を作っている
御菓子 花岡♪

私、パンやクッキーなど くるみが入ってるもの 好きなんです。

花岡には、たくさんのくるみのお菓子があるのですが
その中でも 胡桃の醍醐味!! という
小さなチーズケーキが とっても美味しい。

しっとり 濃厚なチーズケーキで
くるみの香ばしさも最高です！

くるみって、栄養価が高く
体にもイイそうです。
