WOLFGANG’S 大阪店に 行ってきました！

プライムグレードの牛肉を、
専用熟成庫で長期熟成し 焼き上げた
プライムステーキ！
フィレとサーロインを味わえる
贅沢なステーキです。

牛肉は熟成が進むと
肉自体が持つ酵素の働きで
肉質が柔らかく変化するのと同時に、
タンパク質が分解されて旨み成分である
アミノ酸が増してゆくんだそうです。

外はカリッと 中はジューシーで
美味しく頂きました。

満腹です。
