静岡県にあるパン屋さん しゃんぴによん!!

富士山の溶岩で作られた 石窯で焼いているパンだそうです!

オーブンで焼くより、遠赤外線の量が多く
パンの芯まで 熱が早く届くため
しっとり しっかりした焼き上がりになるそうです。

いろいろ買っちゃいましたが
焼いた時、 イイ香りの ハーブのパンが 特においしかったです♪
